General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTC") apply to all sales concluded between TAZABRICOT (the Seller) and any natural or legal person (hereinafter "the Customer") making a purchase in particular via the TAZABRICOT website for the product Luizet Apricot Kernel Oil from Valais .

All orders imply unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

The products offered for sale are described and presented as accurately as possible.
TAZABRICOT cannot be held responsible for any minor differences between the photographs and the delivered products (variations in color, smell or labeling).

Handcrafted and natural products

Each bottle is handcrafted and made with 100% pure, cold-extracted oil.
Slight variations in color, odor or texture, or even a slight deposit, may occur from batch to batch, without affecting the quality or properties of the product.

Prices are expressed in Swiss Francs (CHF) , including all taxes (TTC).
TAZABRICOT reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products are billed at the rate in effect at the time the order is validated.
Delivery charges are shown separately during the ordering process.

Any order placed on the TAZABRICOT website constitutes a firm and final acceptance.
TAZABRICOT reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a prior dispute with the Customer or non-payment.

Payment is made online at the time of ordering, by credit card, via a secure platform.
The order is only considered effective upon receipt of full payment.

Deliveries are made only in Switzerland , by Swiss Post .
Products are shipped within an average of 3 to 7 business days after receipt of payment, subject to stock availability.
TAZABRICOT cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier. If the information provided is inaccurate, TAZABRICOT cannot be held responsible for the inability to deliver or meet delivery deadlines. In the event of a delivery problem with the postal service, TAZABRICOT is not liable.

The Customer has 7 days from receipt of the package to return a product, provided that it is unopened, unused and in its original packaging .

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
No refunds will be given for opened or damaged products.
The refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days after receipt and verification of the returned product.

The Customer is required to check the condition of the package and products upon receipt. Any anomaly (damage, missing product, delivery error, damaged package or non-conformity) must be reported to the carrier and notified to TAZABRICOT within 48 hours of receiving the package.

Complaints must be sent by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the following address:
TAZABRICOT – Route du Soleil 21, 1926 Fully (Switzerland),
by attaching all relevant supporting documents (photographs, order number, description of the defect found, etc.).

After this period, no claims will be accepted.
If the claim is found to be valid, TAZABRICOT will, at its discretion, either replace the product concerned or refund it.

TAZABRICOT is committed to providing products that meet the advertised quality standards and to taking the utmost care in their preparation and shipment.
However, TAZABRICOT cannot be held liable for damages resulting from misuse of the product, failure to comply with precautions for use or inadequate storage by the customer.

The products are intended for external use only .

TAZABRICOT cannot be held liable for indirect damage, loss of revenue, commercial or moral injury, or for delivery delays beyond its control (e.g., strikes, bad weather, transport problems or force majeure).

In any event, TAZABRICOT's liability is strictly limited to the total amount of the order that gave rise to the dispute.

The data collected (name, address, email, etc.) is used solely for order processing.
They are neither resold nor transferred to third parties.

The entire website www.tazabricot.ch , including texts, photographs, illustrations, videos, sounds, descriptions, quality charter, products, logo, trademark, formulas, as well as all other content, is the exclusive property of TAZABRICOT.

Any reproduction, representation, distribution or use, in whole or in part, of the content of the site or the elements which compose it, by any means whatsoever, without the prior written authorization of TAZABRICOT, is strictly prohibited and would constitute a violation of intellectual property rights.

The TAZABRICOT brand may not be used without the prior written consent of its owner.

TAZABRICOT makes every effort to ensure the reliability, accuracy, and timeliness of the information on its website. However, typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions may still occur.

TAZABRICOT reserves the right to modify the site content, prices, or product information at any time and without notice.
TAZABRICOT cannot be held liable in the event of:

• website service interruptions,

• stock or display errors,

• or damages resulting from the use of the site or the inability to access it.

These terms and conditions are governed by Swiss law .
In the event of a dispute, the exclusive legal jurisdiction is established at the domicile of TAZABRICOT, subject to recourse to the competent court.
